Our vision
A Danish and European digital infrastructure where no business has to choose between modern tools and control over its own data.
🎯
Our mission
To provide Danish businesses with a cloud platform that guarantees data sovereignty, privacy, and compliance - so you can focus on your work, not your data security.
Who are we?
We are a small, family-owned start-up. The idea for our company grew out of many interesting conversations around the dinner table. We had lively discussions about how we, personally and professionally, could break free from non-Danish tech (Big Tech) – and how, in a world of growing unrest, keeping your data stored securely can become a deciding factor.
Through those conversations the idea for DKCS took shape: we wanted to offer businesses whose core skills are not in IT security a user-friendly, solid platform for securely sharing and collaborating on documents. At the same time, we want to give businesses a place where they can work on and store their confidential and sensitive documents – something many businesses need.
We spent a year and a half developing the solution using European open source, Nextcloud and Euro-Office, so we can now offer a complete digital solution for a business's daily work. Throughout development we have prioritised Danish partners and services first, and European solutions second.
We recently added a conferencing system for chat and video calls, both internally and with external participants.
We founded DK Cloud Solutions ApS because we dream of a world where we can run our everyday lives safely and easily, without depending on Big Tech.
